Ownership: All content included on the EnDev LLC Media Center, including as photographs, images and logos, is the property of EnDev LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Permitted use: The content on the Media Center may be used solely as an information and editorial resource. EnDev LLC hereby authorizes you to view, copy, download and print the photographic images solely for editorial purposes. Such use is subject to the following conditions: (i) such images may not be posted or distributed in any manner other than for the editorial purposes, (ii) the content of the images may not be modified, and (iii) copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices may not be removed.
